I have been doing maybe 50 or more push-ups every night. I am not strong, I am a long distance XC runner and I want to bulk up a little bit and I can barely do push ups, so I have been doing about 50 push ups before I go to bed at night for about 4 weeks. I dont see much improvement though, is it working? When is the best time to to do push-ups?
